- Log into Atrieve using your district username and password as per normal
- Atrieve will ask you for a Multi Factor Authentication Code
- Retrieve code from your district email account
- Enter code into the code box – click remember machine if this is your computer terminal, do not select this option if the terminal is shared.
To access Atrieve via a hand held device – follow steps as per the instructions above.
Phone Email Change
Email changes have been forcign some users to have to re enter their email passwords, if you are not seeing the office365 screen this will probably not work. One method for resetting your email is to remove the email account and add it back again.
Please review the help sheets for setting up district email on mobile devices if you require help.
SD54 COVID 19 Notice
Hi All,
There has been a notable increase in phishing attempts using the Covid-19 outbreak as the bait. Phishing is the act of sending mass emails that appear to be from a legitimate source but contain malicious attachments or links that attempt to get sensitive information from you such as passwords, credit card information, or Social Insurance Numbers
Please see the attached for some information and tips on handling the increase in malicious activity looking to take advantage of the concern over the Covid-19 outbreak. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a email please let us know.
Thanks,
Ted Owens

Mail Office 365
As has been outlined at Office 365 login sessions at Houston and Smithers schools (just a couple more sites to go), the district email will move to the Cloud server later this week.
When your mailbox has been moved it will simply mean that the old "Webmail" link from the district webpage will stop working for you. Should that occur, simply go to the new link lower down on the Links menu; Webmail Office365
To log in at the new link you will need to enter your complete email address as your username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
along with your usual SD54 password.
You will also be able to log into Office 365 and find an Outlook app which you can click on to go directly to your webmail from that page.
Attached is a sheet with screenshots to phone settings should you need to update your phone access to SD54 webmail.
If you experience any difficulties with this changeover please talk to your school computer contact so it can be relayed to the tech department.
Thank you,
Matthew
