Hello District,

I have had some requests from users to be able to access their SD54 email from iPhones and iPads.  Our techs have now made the necessary setting changes to the Exchange Email Server to enable this to take place.

*See the image for the server settings required on your iDevice. 

Please note - SD54 tech dept will not provide individual support to configure those settings or to support your personal device should you (for whatever reason) not be able to access your mail from the device.

Also of note, by making this change to your device, the SD54 techs would have the capacity to wipe all data from your device in the event that it is lost or stolen.

Go to SettingsIdevice mail

Go to Mail, contacts, calendars

Click on Add account

Choose Exchange

Put in your email address, district password, and whatever you want to call it

Click Continue at the Server Identity warning message

Enter Server = outlook.office365.com

Enter Domain= sd54

Enter username= “yourlogin”

Click Continue at Server Identity warning message

Click Save
