There is a high possible that your classroom computers will be re-imaged over the summer

so please move any files that are saved on your desktop or hard drive to your H: drive.

So what this means is when you come back in September all your documents that were on

your computer will be gone.

 

Hello all district computer users:

 

The time has come again for the public folders to be purged, “Purged means Deleted”, and so

you have till the end on July to put keep on the end of anything you would like kept.

July 30th is the deadline for keeping your files.

 
Christmas Card PDF Print
The screen shot below is of a message I just received suggesting I open the attachment to see who sent me this “card”.

If you get one of these – DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT!  

The attachment is a .zip file which, like an .exe can contain a deadly payload – opening would be (in the words of a staff member here) “bad”.

Delete the message.

DHL - Scam PDF Print

computer-viruses There is a new phishing scam making the rounds, it appears as a email sent from DHL. If you recieve this email do not attempt to open the attachment and just delete the email.

 

As a reminder any email messages that you may receive from a company that you do not have dealings with should be regarded with suspicion and deleted, never attempt to open any enclosed attachments as the often contain a virus.

 
User Name and Passwords PDF Print
HIGH IMPORTANCE!!!

We have had some incidents where staff have given user names and passwords to emails received.
SD54, AKA Tech Staff, System Admin will "NEVER" ask for a username or password to be verified on line or by email.
Please be responsible with your user account.
